2024 Schedule
March 7 Blackman Home Opener.
- Teams scheduled are Shelbyville, Wilson Central, Smyrna, Eagleville, PCA, and MTCS
- Gate is five dollars for those middle school and over.
- The meet will begin at 4:40pm.
March 16 Homewood Invitational at Homewood, Alabama.
- Only three individuals and one relay are going.
- This meet is at Waldrop Stadium in Homewood, Alabama (outside Birmingham).
- Field and running events begin at 9:00am.
March 16 Siegel Opens at Siegel.
- Athletes not attending the Homewood Invitational will run this meet.
- Meet begins at 9:30am.
- Gate is five dollars.
March 22 Distance Carnival at Brentwood Academy
- Anyone can run but events are 800, 1600 and 3200.
- This meet is the Friday night that begins Spring Break.
- High School events begin at 5:30pm.

March 29 Lee University Invite at Lee University hosted by Bradley Central.
- Varsity meet. Top three entries and one relay.
- Several schools from the Chattanooga area that we will see at the Section Meet are competing.
- This is Good Friday and the Friday towards the end of Spring Break.

April 2 Oakland High at Oakland
- Midweek meet. Everyone may run.
- Field events begin at 4:30 and running begins at 4:45 pm.

April 6 Franklin Road Academy Highland Games at Franklin Road Academy
- Varsity meet. Please note *** This takes the place of the Green Hill Meet***
- Meet will begin in the morning.
*** April 15/16 TSSAA Multis at East Hamilton
-This meet is for three boys and three girls who have been practicing with Coach Wright in the multi squad.
- This meet is at East Hamilton high school near Chattanooga.
- Day one begins at 11:00 am EST.
- Day two begins at 10:00 am EST.
- Those running this meet will miss school. This will be a field trip day for them.
April 20 Blaze Invitational at Blackman
- The gate is five dollars.
- All seniors will be recognized at this meet.
April 22 - Freshman Boys Metro Championship at Montgomery Bell Academy
- Meet will begin at 3:45.
- Meet is for freshman boys only.

April 24/25 Rockvale Invite at Rockvale
- Potentially everyone will run at this meet. For non varsity runners this will be the end of the season.
- Field events will take place on the 24th.
- Running events will take place on the 25th.
- Meet begins at 5:00 pm both days.

April 25 - Great 8 Meet at Harpeth Hall - This is a tentative date and time.
- This meet is not online yet.
- This meet is for the Top Eight entries from around the Metro Nashville area entered into the meet.
- We have done very well at this meet in the past.
*** April 30/May 1 TSSAA District at Blackman
- Varsity only meet. Top three in each event.
- Top four overall move on to Section Meet.
- Field events one day.
- Running events the next.
- Gate is five dollars.
- Teams competing include: Blackman, Stewarts Creek, Smyrna, Rockvale, and LaVergne.

*** May 7 TSSAA Section at East Hamilton
- Only the top four finalists from the District Meet will run at this meet.
- Top four finishers in each event move on to state.
- Graduation rehearsal is this day. Administration is already aware of the conflict.
- 11 EST high jump and pole vault will begin.
- 12 noon EST Field begins
- 3 pm Running events begin.

May 14- Team Banquet at Blackman.
- Will take place in the cafeteria.
- Catered by the Culinary Arts for the athletes.
- There will be awards after. This portion will be open to parents and family.
*** May 23 - TSSAA State Meet for AAA teams at MTSU.
- Top four from the Section Meet qualify.
- Field is in the morning and early afternoon.
- Running events begin late afternoon.
- Passes will only be for coaches as well as athletes running.
- Ten to fifteen dollar entry fee per the TSSAA.
- Five dollar parking fee at MTSU.
