WELCOME!
My name is Mrs. Benefield! This is my 1st year teaching at Blackman High School, but my 5th year teaching overall. I am one of the 3 structured setting teachers here at BHS. I am so excited to be here and be a part of this program!
This year, the 3 structured setting teachers are myself, Ms. Peña, and Ms. Stock.
I mainly will be focused on teaching English, Ms. Peña will focus on life skills, and Ms. Stock will be focusing on Math. We have a fabulous group of teachers/support staff that we work with on a daily basis.
This year, we will be on an alternating block schedule. A picture of our schedule will be posted below.
