Practices will be at LaVergne High School this year. You must come for your event/s and Team practice days.

 

Monday (6:30): Backstroke, Fly, and Sprint Free

Wednesday (6:30): Breaststroke, IM, and Distance Free

Friday (6:30): Team practice

Ensure all your information is uploaded to Dragonfly Max

 - Physicals must be dated after 4/15/2022
