We start our trigonometry unit today! (Okay, we started a little after the test Friday...)


We get a lot of vocabulary and concepts today. Most of them are pretty easy, just new. 

Vocab:
  • Degrees
  • Radians
  • pi
  • Standard position of an angle
  • Coterminal angles
By the end of this lesson, we need to know how to:
  • Convert from degrees to radians
  • Convert from radians to degrees
  • Find angles coterminal to a given angle (in radians and degrees)
  • Determine what quadrant an angle lies in (based on standard position)
