Welcome back!
Because we are beginning this semester in a unique way, we wanted to update you on some important details. For this class:
- Use Teams to access all course assignments and activities.
- Access your Office 365 account (student email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) by clicking here: the username and password are the same as your computer login at school.
- Contact me to obtain textbook information for this class.
COURSE BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER:
Blackman High School DL Expectations:
- When class starts, students who Zoom must be logged in by the start of class. Students will have time during class change to find their zoom link, and log in. Teachers cannot lose instruction time waiting for students.
- Students may NOT share login information with anyone. Non-negotiable. Students will face discipline if login information is shared to another student/person.
- Students MUST use real names in all apps. Students cannot change their name or use nicknames. Teachers need to see real names for attendance purposes.
- Students must be active participants in live zoom sessions. Non-negotiable.
- Students will wear appropriate dress if they choose to use live video. Non-negotiable.
- Students will use appropriate language and behavior while using both the video and chat feature. Non-negotiable.
- Students may NOT play music during live zoom sessions.
- Student problems with logging in should immediately email their teacher to resolve the issue.
- Student emails to teachers must be professional (i.e. appropriate language, proper sentencing/spelling).
- All work will be submitted in person or by email at the end of every week. For example, next week (January 11-15) all work MUST BE TURNED IN BY SUNDAY AT 7 PM to receive full credit.
