We will primarily use two textbooks this year in culinary 1 .
*Foundations of Restaurant Management & Culinary Arts- this will be our main textbook. A digital copy of Foundations is available online through Schoology- log on and select my class ( culinary 1) you will see * Foundations Level 1 folder- select the folder and you will have access to every chapter in the book.
*The second textbook will be- The Culinary Professional- this book will be used in class and on lab days.
