Information for Mid November - 2025

Welcome to the 2026 track season! if you are here, you are probably looking for some information. You will info on Final Forms and dates and Band below. 

 

Final Forms is DUE ASAP. Final Forms are due December 18. After that, anyone in red will be taken off the roster. Only individuals who contact Coach Sutton ahead of time will be considered (i.e. mostly freshman and new students).

 

To start with final forms click on the link below and follow Final Forms directions. Remember you must have an up to date physical, a birth certificate on file, and both parents and students fill out forms.

Here are some dates to look for throughout December and into January. 

Thursday, December 4 - Freshman Informational Meeting 

Tuesday, December 9 - Sophomore Informational Meeting

Thursday, December 11 - Junior Informational Meeting

Tuesday, December 16 - Senior Informational Meeting

 

Meetings will begin at 3:50 and last until 4:30. They will go over expectations, the tentative schedule, and answer any questions. These meetings are not required, but are strongly encouraged and may play into the final roster cuts. 

 

There will be a parent meeting on Thursday, January 8. More info forthcoming. 

 

Thursday, January the 15th, the roster will be finalized. We have over 150 athletes currently on Final Forms with several still missing. We have carried that many in the past two years, but may cut to 110 to 120. Part of the reason is the track is scheduled to be redone "next year." I have not been able to find out of this means February or July. If February, we are going to have to have a backup plan for practices. 

 

There will be a team store in early December, one in January, and one in February. Like last year, you will have to buy one or two items on the store. 

 

We are moving to a new Band also. The link is provided here. The old Band will be archived in early December. Please remember to only post about track and keep it school appropriate. Anyone not following these guidelines may be removed. Any athlete who is inappropriate will be removed and may be suspended or removed from the team. 

 

 

Athletes are expected to join the Band and may be removed from the team if they do not join. 

 

 

Your coaches are excited and ready to build upon the success of last season. We want to literally "hit the ground" running when January comes. Do your part to be ready.
