 Kyle William Kiihnl Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: 
1. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the Class of 2018
2. Finalist(s) must be available to be interviewed by the Scholarship Committee
3. Recipient can use the scholarship at the college or trade school of his or her choice within two years of being named a recipient.
4. Essay of less than 1,000 words on the topic:

Redstone Federal Credit Union Scholarship

Criteria:

 Applicant must be a member of the Redstone Federal Credit Union who is currently or planning to begin an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university. A 300-500 word essay is required.

Criteria:

Applicant must be African American graduate accepted and entering a 4 year college in Fall 2018.

Richard Siegel Foundation Scholarship

Criteria: 

1. High school graduate entering a full time program of college study.

2. Must have a GPA of at least 2.8 (or its equivalent)  or a composite ACT score of 20.

3. Applicant must show a need for financial assistance.

 MTEMC Sharing Change Scholarship
Criteria: 
1.  Must be an MTEMC member or dependent of an MTEMC member who is a junior in high school.
2. Funds must go toward a 2 or 4 year college
3. One page essay stating how the scholarship funds will benefit their personal goals

Award: $2,000 plus a trip to Washington D.C. June 8-14, 2018. See Mrs. Breiner in guidance for more information.

CFMT Scholarship

Criteria:Individuals from different backgrounds and communities seeking funding for educational opportunities.  Eligibility differs with each scholarship. Students may be eligible for several scholarships, but only need to submit one application. For more information and application refer to website www.cfmt.org

The Dymon Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a minority male or female senior accepted into a 4 year college or university. Proof of acceptance is required. They must have a  2.8 minimum GPA and be involved in community service within the current school year. For more information and application see Mrs. Breiner in counseling.

Award: $1500.00

The Brittany Bowers Beauty & Brains Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a minority female, a high school senior with a 2.8 minimum GPA. She must be accepted into a 4 year college or university and be involved in community service within the current school year.Proof of acceptance is required.

MTSU Department of Biology Freshman Scholarship Application

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduating senior declaring biology as their major. They must demonstrate an interest in the life sciences with career goals in the biological sciences. They must be entering MTSU in the fall of 2018 and must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and a composite ACT score of 25.  See Mrs. Breiner for application.

Award: $1500.00 (3)

Alpha Kappa Alpha Scholarship

Criteria: Open to all full-time African American high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0, an ACT score of at least 21 or a SAT score of 1000. Applicant must have plans to attend a four year college or university. A 300-500 word essay is required. For more information see Mrs. Breiner.

Award: 4 awards, amount unknown.
