2019 BCAT Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a senior who is graduating in 2019. They must be a child, player or manager of a BCAT member coach. For additional information see Mrs. Breiner or the scholarship binder in the counseling office.

Award: multiple $500.00 awards

Deadline: Applications are accepted March 1 - April 1 Only.

 

 Donald and Barbara Mozley Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be pursuing an engineering degree at an ABET accredited college or university and have

a 3.5 GPA or higher. They must also have a total SAT score of 1220 or higher and/or an ACT score of 27 or above

Mid Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation Scholarship

Tennessee Concrete Association High School Essay Contest

Criteria: Student must be 16-18 years old at the beginning of the school term. Essays must be 600 words or less. For more information see Mrs. Breiner or the Scholarship binder in the counseling office.

Award: 3 awards: $250.00, $100 and $50.00

Dorothy L. Stevens Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a female senior of African American descent with a GPA of 3.0 and a minimum ACT of 22. For more information and application, see the binder in the counseling office or see Mrs. Breiner.

Ivy Enrichment Foundation 2019 Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be an African American U.S. Citizen with plans to attend an accredited four year college or university in the fall of 2019. There are 6 scholarships available in 6 different categories. Multiple awards will be given, but applicant can only apply for and receive 1 scholarship. For more information on the requiirements for the various categories, see the information in the binder in the counseling office or see Mrs. Breiner.

D.Y.M.O.N in the Rough Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a female minority high school senior accepted into a 4 year college or university with 2.8 minimum GPA. She must also be involved in community service within the current school year. For additional information click here: http//www.dymonintherough.com

KFC REACH Educational Grant Program

Criteria: Applicant must currently work at or have been previously employed at KFC. They must have a GPA of at least

Beyond the Cure Ambassador Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be a childhood cancer survivor diagnosed before age 18 who has demonstrated the ability to overcome the difficult challenges of cancer with determination and motivation. Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors Realtor Scholarship Application

Criteria: Applicant must be an incoming freshman with plans to attend an accredited 2 year or 4 year college or university physically located in one of the following counties: Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Marion, Moore or Rutherford, during the fall semester 2019 and the spring semester of 2020. Rutherford Education Association

Criteria: Applicant must be a senior majoring in Education in college with a minimum 3.0 GPA. For application, see Mrs. Breiner or the scholarship binder in the counseling office.

Rutherford County School Resource Officer's Scholarship: Community College/Vocational Studies

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduate of a Rutherford County High School with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and an ACT score of at least 17. The learning center must be accredited by specific organizations. See information in the counseling office binder for the list of accredited organizations and application form or see Mrs. Breiner.

Award: $1000.00

Deadline: April 9, 2019

 

Rutherford County School Resource Officer's Scholarship University Studies

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduate of a Rutherford County High School with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and an ACT score of at

least 21. Learning center must be a four or more year institution granting bachelor's degrees accredited by specific organizations. See information in the counseling office binder for the list of organizations and application form or see Mrs. Breiner.

Award: $1000.00

National Dairy Shrine Scholarships

Criteria: Tennessee high school senior planning to enter a four year college or university with intent to major in dairy/animal

Len Assante Scholarship Fund

Criteria: Tennessee high school senior with plans to enroll for classes in a program that is groundwater industry-related, such as hydrogeologgy, water resource management, water well construction and supply, geology, etc. in the fall of 2019. Criteria: Applicant must be a son/daughter or grandson/granddaughter of an active or deceased member of the SAME Nashville Post.

Sheltia S. Murray Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be an incoming freshman for the fall of 2019 with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a minimum ACT score of 22.

2019 Hammet, Bellin & Oswald Law & Justice Scholarship

The Rutherford County Farm Bureau Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be entering a Tennessee post-secondary institution in the fall of 2019 to obtain a degree that can be used in the agriculture field. For more information and application, see the binder in the counseling office or Mrs. Breiner.

Award: $1000.00 (renewable 2nd semester)

Murray Thomas Miles Scholarship

Criteria: Applicant must be entering a Tennessee post-secondary institution in the fall of 2019 to obtain a degree which can be used in the agriculture field. For more information and application, see the binder in the counseling office or Mrs. Breiner.

Award: $2500.00 (renewable 2nd semester)

Kids Chance of Tennessee

Criteria: Applicant must be a legal resident of Tennessee, must have a parent who has suffered a catastrophic permanently disabling, or fatal injury for which the parent or the parent's family was entitled to receive benefits under the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Act.
