How do I change from...
- Factored to standard?
- multiply everything out and combine like terms

- Standard to factored? (factoring trinomials videos from a couple weeks back may be more helpful)
- factor the polynomial
- split the middle term (into p and q), then factor by grouping
- Standard to Vertex?
- a = steal it from standard
- h = -b/2a
- k = plug in the h value to the standard form equation and simplify
